Brand Manager on! nicotine pouches (m/f)

You are reporting directly into the Global Brand Director and you are a member of the Central Marketing Team of the Nicotine Containing Pouches Division (NCP), which is responsible for the development of market grow strategies, the development and implementation of distribution and marketing strategies in order to achieve the overall company’s market objectives.

your task

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies & plans and promotional activities in partnerships with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams as well as external creative and communication agencies
  • Leading key initiatives included in the strategic marketing plan with specific timetables and target objectives
  • Developing executions of displays, merchandising and advertising initiatives at the point of sales and innovative methods of targeting and communicating with our smiling consumers through promotion, social media or alternative channels & mechanics
  • Tracking KPI performance and providing data-driven recommendations as well as tracking marketing budget spending in close cooperation with accounting to ensure budget accuracy
  • Support the Global Brand Director for strategic developments, projects, consumer insight generation, market research, brand presentations, quarterly reports as well as day-to-day jobs
  • Travel to key brand markets and work hand-in-hand with the local country teams to assist them with specific regional market demands and to develop and optimize POSM tools, marketing programs, promotional campaigns and mechanics together, ensure best practices are shared and implemented

your skills

  • At least 4 years experience in marketing for branded FMCG, fashion or at an agency
  • Strong consumer, customer and market understanding and insights in branded FMCG/fashion
  • Desire to go the extra mile
  • Successful track record in developing creative and innovative solutions as well as engaging content across multiple touchpoints and managing programs and content across several countries, understanding of social media landscape and its impact in developing a brand
  • Strong detail-orientation, solution-focus and ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Impeccable communication skills: writing and presentation
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities and able to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing Business Unit
  • Fluent in English and proficient with MS word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel frequently
