Apprentices and Internships

We enjoy to train young people and to give them a good start into their professional life. Providing apprenticeships and internships is important to us and it inspires us to see young people grow. There are many examples of former apprentices and interns who developed a career with us, either directly or after returning from experiences with other companies and in different industries.

Apprenticeship in Germany: Industrial Clerk

Apprenticeship has a long tradition in Germany. For several decades young people have been trained in busin ess skills. They become acquainted with the main processes in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing and Production Planning.

The handling of modern IT tools, the realization of own projects and the training of foreign languages are further important aspects of our apprenticeship. Moreover we offer the chance to gather first experience in international matters: each apprentice is expected to pass an internship abroad for at least two weeks. And last, but not least the apprentice attends fairs and promotions and collaborates with members of our sales force.

If you are interested in the apprenticeship you should have a high level of commitment and the willingness to learn. You should also be team-minded, a good communicator, hands-on and pragmatic.

Internship in Germany

In Germany we offer a wide range of internships, depending on actual projects in Marketing, Sales, Human Resources or Controlling.

We would appreciate if you have graduated in an appropriate field of study. Nevertheless an internship is suitable for students writing their thesis or degree dissertation as well.

Additionally, it is possible to pass a technological internship in our production plant. This alternative requires experiences in process engineering, production engineering or logistics.

The usual duration of an internship is either 3 or 6 month, though it may vary depending on the project.

Internship at the Centro DANNEMANN in Brissago/Ticino, Switzerland

CENTRO DANNEMANN building - Brissago-Schitzerland

We offer you the opportunity to pass an internship in Brissago / Ticino on the beautiful shores of Lago Maggiore. This project-related internship focuses on marketing and event management; therefore, you should have graduated in an appropriate field of study.

This internship is suitable for students writing their thesis or degree dissertation as well. The duration of the Centro DANNEMANN internship is not predetermined, so it is possible to agree upon a length convenient for you.

Apprenticeship in Switzerland: Commercial employee

Apprenticeship has a long tradition in Switzerland. For several decades young people have been trained in business skills. They become acquainted with the main processes in Sales Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Promotion Co-ordination, IT and Import/Export.

If you are interested in the apprenticeship you should have a high level of commitment and the willingness to learn. You should also be team-minded, a good communicator, hands-on and pragmatic.

Internship in Brazil

CENTRO DANNEMANN building - Salvador da Bahia, Brasilien

If you are interested in the Brazilian culture and way of life you might consider an internship in Salvador, Bahia. Here, in the origin of TERRA DANNEMANN, the trainee supports our reforestation project “Adopt-a-tree” or realizes own projects, shows guests round our Centro, and experiences amazing things like rolling a cigar.

The internship lasts 7 month – one month of introduction in Lübbecke (Germany) and Brissago (Switzerland) and 6 months in Brazil. Please notice: for the Brazilian internship it is absolutely necessary to understand some Portuguese. Therefore, at least a good knowledge of Spanish is required, but advanced proficiency in Portuguese would be preferred.

The Brazilian internship focuses on marketing and tourism, therefore you should have graduated in an appropriate field of study.
